Women's Networking Group Comes to Winthrop

Winthrop now has its first Women's Networking Group. Tracy Brodd, the founder of the group, describes it as designed to get professional women together and establish great networking relationships. It's great for business owners, sales people, new business owners or whoever wants to meet more professional people.

Each month there will be topics being discussed and anyone can sign up to spend 15 minutes talking about thier business.

It is designed to be a learning experience as well as a networking group.
 

Their first meeting will be held at the Winthrop Public Library on Tuesday, February 23rd, at 6:15 PM. The deadline to RSVP is the day prior at 6:15 PM.

Kathleen Rose-Johnsen of KoolKat Design will be presenting on Social Media Marketing.

Kathleen is an expert graphic and web designer with 14 plus years experience. In 2008, after being laid off, she started her own business, KoolKat Design. She creates, develops and manages the design and production of sophisticated marketing communications geared to helping small businesses reach their intended target markets via print, web and social media outlets. She will briefly speak about simple, no nonsense ways of utilizing Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter to help market your small business.
