The Town of Winthrop Board of Health will be holding their annual flu clinic on Saturday, October 17, 2009 frpm 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Arthur Cummings School. Please use the back parking lot entrance.

Eligilibility:

1) Adults age 60 years or older with proof of age and residency

2) Please bring insurance card, social security, and medicare card
