Big Time Yahoo! Fail

Yahoo! logo

I recently signed up for a new Flickr account using a gmail email address as my login.

I uploaded a number of photos last night but tonight I was unable to log in; Flickr and Yahoo! both simply said that they didn't recognize my UserID and/or email address despite my confirmation emails verifying it.

I tried using the password reset form, but that requires you to have created an alternate email address, which I personally never do.

School Bus

Hello Winthrop,

PLEASE, PLEASE obey the laws of school bus safety.  This morning a driver passed a school bus and almost struck a 2nd grader who was trying to get on the school bus!  It is really worth risking a child's life to get to work one minute sooner!

Thank you!

Drawing of Jesus Prompts Psychological Evaluation

Taunton Crucifix

An eight year old boy in Taunton, "The Christmas City", drew a picture of Jesus on the cross when the teacher asked his students to sketch something that reminded them of Christmas. The teacher found the drawing too violent, sent the child home from school, and ordered a psychological evaluation. The teacher became upset, according to the student's father, when the child said he drew himself on the cross. His name was written above the drawing.
